this GESIO® module is aimed at educational products and the planning of schedules for creating specific client activities whether for businesses, other organizations or individuals. Special attention has been given to distinguishing between the paying, contracting or participating parties which might be different in each case.

Multiple participants for an activity can be registered over a period of time and be invoiced for the use they have made. We can handle the contractor, participant and payer differently while keeping them linked.

You can also manage your teaching staff, and check attendance as well as costs per activity. Your lists of available teachers gain greater importance for multiple activities in different locations. The teachers themselves can log onto  GESIO® and fill in information on marks, attendance or behaviour.
